Iron Vault Distillery announced its \u201cJust Good Vodka\u201d in March, 2018.  It won a Silver Medal in the 2018 American Distilling Institutes Annual Tasting.   It also won a Silver Medal in the 2018 Great American International Spirits Competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Vodka is a wheat-based neutral spirit.  It is 80 proof and distilled in Galion, Ohio.  It has a silky smooth feeling on your tongue.  It is great to mix with Bloody Mary\u2019s, Cranberry, Orange Juice and other flavors.  It makes a fantastic martini as well as an excellent sipping vodka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iron Vault Distillery announced its \u201cThe Good Life Gin\u201d in June of 2018.  Distilled in the New Western Gin style, Iron Vault has created a very flavorful spirit, utilizing ingredients such as Juniper Berries and Coriander Seed.  But we also add a local twist with Ohio grown blueberries.  The result is a refreshing, enjoyable drink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Gin is based on Iron Vault Distillery\u2019s\u201d Just Good Vodka\u201d, which is a wheat-based neutral spirit.  It is then vapor infused with our special selection of high-end botanicals and distilled to 90 proof in Galion, Ohio.  It is great to mix with Tonic water for a traditional drink or just pour over ice.  Its perfect to drink anyway you prefer.  If you time it just right, you will see our gin turn a neon blue as the gin cools off and dilutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Iron Vault Distillery announced its \u201cOld School Recipe Moonshine\u201d in March, 2018.  It won a Bronze Medal in the 2018 American Distilling Institutes Annual Tasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our moonshine is manufactured in a 100-year-old traditional way, utilizing grains, cane sugar and molasses.  It is then distilled using separation to remove some of the normal harshness found in many lower quality moonshines.  It is 95 proof and distilled in Galion, Ohio.  It makes for a great moonshine margarita.  It also tastes good mixed with Cranberry, Orange Juice and other sodas and fruit drinks.  Or if you just like the taste of moonshine, it is an excellent sipping shine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
